We have two initiatives that are non profit.
Theron will actively support and encourage employment internally and externally of persons who have disabilities and yet have the competence to do the specified job.
As a sign of our commitment to this endeavor Theron will not charge any client who hires a physically or mentally challenged person placed through us and our consultants will do this work Pro Bono.
Every branch has an annual charity contribution once a year.
Our head office has been working with The Little Sisters of the Poor, on Hosur Road, Bangalore, over the last eight years and has been doing its bit in assisting the elderly live a dignified life.
